I recently purchased my Mazda 3 Astina from Budamba Mazda, and while the customer service from Michael and Riannon was excellent, I discovered a few damages after delivery - a bird droppings stain on the roof and a tiny paint chip. I reported these issues, and Riannon informed me that they couldn't repair the paint chip but would address the roof stain during the first monthly inspection. However, after the inspection, they claimed to have removed the stain, but it appears they merely masked it with a paint wax, as it's still visible after washing. This is not the customer experience I expected for a brand-new car. As a first-time Mazda owner, having previously purchased several brand-new cars, I'm disappointed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Budamba's service to anyone
Ok… I had to edit my BAD review because I went back in and dealt with different workers who were MUCH better.nnRiannon was so helpful and amazing! We didn’t end up getting the car due to garage space but we will definitely be back if she’s still there.nnThanks so much for changing our minds on this dealership, Riannon. I purchased a brand new car from them last year. I recently got the first servicing done and experienced very poor services. I booked my servicing a month in advance and dropped the car at 9:30 AM. The text message said pick-up time of 2:30 PM. I called them at 3:28 PM and was informed the car was not ready. Then, I received a call at 3:52 PM that the car was ready for collection. I have been getting my cars serviced at other centres and they were able to do it within 3 hours. I do not know why it took them more than six hours when a booking was already done a month in advance. As part of the service, they do complementary vaccum cleaning and washing. Unfortunately, they did not vaccum clean my car and did a very poor job of washing. I can clearly see many soap scum stains on the car. I will not visit this centre again.
