Story

At The Blue Mountains Music Academy we offer tuition in a range of instruments and styles to suit everyone's needs.

We are committed to bringing the Blue Mountains community the highest standard of music education with a focus on inspiring creativity and an appreciation of the craft.

We are conveniently located in Katoomba, close to the main street, with parking available at the front and the rear of the facilities.

Early Childhood
We also offer early childhood classes based on the MusikMakers courses, which is Australia's leading music education program for children aged 18 months to 7 years.

Drumcorps
Drumcorps is another thing we offer here at BMMA. Led by Pete Drummond, Drummer for the legendary band Dragon, these little drummers make a BIG noise.

Mission

To introduce people to the world of music and educate them in any of the following : Bass Guitar, Piano, Keyboard Harmony, Musicianship, Drums, Guitar, Percussion & Vocals. We also encourage our students to feel the joy of communicating through music and to grasp the idea that music is a way of life.
