I’m QCSS subsidised, and really appreciate the mowing done so far. It’s been the worst year for me so far with back drama, and it’s amazing it being done for me. Also Jamie from the property work company doesn’t mess around!
My elderly mum uses Blue Care for a number of services and recently had an Occupational Therapist named Flynn to the house to help mum with some mobility issues. Flynn has gone above and beyond with suggestions and aids to help with several concerns and nothing is too much trouble during his visits. Thanks again Flynn
I rang blue care today to request a reschedule for my visit tomorrow. The front desk took my information, spoke with the schedulers momentarily and then informed me that someone would call and let me know the outcome. Two hours or so later, I was informed that it was impossible to reschedule me for Thursday. I had asked for them to change from the morning to the afternoon as I would be home from mid day. Friday was also out of the question. On pressing them I was told to call back Monday to see if something could be arranged for Tuesday. i.e. I had to pursue the service. My point is that scheduling should be flexible enough to cope with a simple request. The inertia of the department stinks. I am now going to change services.
Only had one visit and the worker came late and left 15 minutes early. Only completed half of the work and what was done was done poorly
Very nice staff only they should pay them better
Contacting is a nightmare
