Story

Set under the largest green wall in the Southern Hemisphere, our newest establishment takes the Billykart concept to a whole new level, in the heart of eclectic West End.

With changing seasonal menus paired with a selection of boutique beverages, there’s a strong focus on the origin of food to create fresh, bistro-style dishes.
Drop in for a drink at the bar or see what’s roasting on our churrasco spit grill.

Billykart West End is also available for private functions, from intimate dinners and celebrations to large parties and events.

Open for breakfast and lunch every day and dinner Tuesday's through to Sunday's.

Great service and high quality food. Good vego options too. The portion sizes of some dishes can be slightly bigger, but the taste is always excellent!
If I don’t know where should I go for a breakfast, I would just go directly to Billykart. You will never make a mistake! Fantastic coffee, great food, very friendly staff.
Pancake and fries were delicious. Soufflé was fluffy but overall taste is average, just like a normal eggs Benny. Nothing too special on the menu

Best pancakes in Brisbane!! Buttermilk and ricotta with warm caramel sauce with candied pecans on top. Could it get any better? Yep, just add a side of bacon. Absolutely delicious! and the other half said the cheese soufflé was to die for as well We’ll be back for sure!! Highly recommended.
The grilled chicken with fries that I had was delicious, the portions are large and the prices are moderate.
We had a chilli crab spaghetti and cheese soufflé. Chili crab spaghetti was tasty with rich crab meat and heaps of olive oil. Cheese soufflé was special with poached egg and bacon on top. It can get busy on the weekends but worth the wait.
Had amazing service from the young lady with blonde hair in a bun and red pants! Rare to find friendly and professional service nowadays. Not to mention how amazing the food was!
I won't be back. Food was tasteless and under seasoned. Don't think the cook bothers to taste anything. I was also charged a surcharge for paying by VISA debit card. Of the 5 meals, 3 were sub-standard.
