Recently, I have discovered just how many new Scooter dealers there are in New Zealand. What I didn't realize is just how unprofessional some of them can be. The Owner and National Distributor for Inokim, Dualtron and Speedway is Mr. Henry Tan. Henry is very knowledgeable in his products and actually cares about his customers. He takes great pride in making sure that the right customer has the right scooter. He has a keen interest in safety, value and the responsible use of electric scooters. If you want the right answers from a Dealer who cares, stop by and you'll get the answers you need from a retailer that cares. In addition, from the phone conversations that I've had with Michael, he has struck me as professional and equally interested in customer service !
Dropped in on a Sunday with the intention of buying an electric scooter. Guy didn't seem to know much about the products in the shop, handed me a brochure to look at when I asked him questions. Also wasn't sure about the prices of any of the models. Found one I liked though but left empty handed after waiting 20 minutes while he chatted to another guy who had walked in but wasn't even buying anything. If you're after an electric scooter I'd recommend finding somewhere that's actually interested in selling you one and know what they're talking about.
Outstanding service from Henry, Michael and Mike. Been there a few times and always excellent service, with great customer care and knowledge shown. Highly recommend them - brilliant after care, servicing and warranty honouring.
Recently purchased an Inokim OXO scooter from BikeMe, good advice given by Henry and after sales service delivered by Michael, good Co to deal with!
