Been for three rides to get the feel of the bike (Magnum Metro), and revisiting setting Fit on my cell phone, so I've totaled around 20K so far. It is just so different from my old E20. The seat needed adjusting as it wasn't handling my weight and a bump, knees up round my ears. Once sorted all good. Speed wise considerably faster on the downhill sections. Plenty of power to take off up the hill from home. Have to learn how to take left hand turns at speed, as I run wide. I have not yet tried a ride after rain (had some hairy moments on the E20 on road markings).

We hired two Magnum E bikes to enjoy 'Bike The Bridge' ride. Alex the Manager was most helpful in assisting with bike drop off and pick up. We thoroughly enjoyed the Bridge ride and the bikes were so easy to manage and ride. Highly recommend Electrify Browns Bay for their passion, expertise and overall helpfulness. If you're in the market for an e bike then look no further...Visit Alex and get the A1 customer service you deserve

I had been considering buying e-bikes for my wife and myself for about a year, and had done a bit of research in that time. I sort of knew what I wanted and decided on a Magnum Metro and Metro Plus. The guys at this new outlet were very helpful and even delivered the bikes to my home on the Hibiscus Coast (as they would not fit in my car). They answered all my queries and I later bought a towball mounted carrier from them too. Great service from a keen and enthusiastic young owner! I can recommend this shop for sure!

This newly opened shop is just fantastic. The manager and staff were very helpful when we popped in and made sure we had some sensible choices to look at. We spent time looking at other electric bikes in Auckland and that made it easy to go back and buy one from these guys. They have a good range of bikes to try out, a place to ride near by to make sure I had chosen the right one and they were very flexible with test drives outside regular office hours. If you want a quality e-bike from someone on the shore, I’d certainly put this shop on the places to go to.

We bought his and hers e bikes from Browns Bay, electrify NZ. We can't speak highly enough of the service we received from Alex (and James) and the product is great! We took out a bike to trial it for a day which was really useful to get a feel. All our questions were respectfully answered - the team is really knowledgeable. Followup is great too. Buy your e bike here!
