Kiwivelo is New Zealand's premier bike shop and online store. Our staff are all experienced racers with extensive product knowledge.

We stock an impressive selection of racing, triathlon and mountain bikes, parts and cycling accessories from leading brands including:

Not been impressed. They advertised the scooter as red - when it arrived it was pink, and it turns out the catalogue pictures have been photoshopped! To make matters worse rather than apologising and arranging collection, they tried to charge me for the return shipping. Then they can't be bothered to get a replacement sorted so that's going to take another week! Overall they don't seem very concerned about sorting this out.

Kiwivelo did a fantastic job getting me the bike that I wanted at an excellent price. Communication was fast and easy, they asked all the right questions, suggested good alternatives when needed and kept me well informed while the bike was built, packaged and shipped. Very reliable, I would be more than happy to use Kiwivelo again.

Had a warranty issue with a Garmin watch I bought about 10 months after purchase and the team at Kiwivelo were great at representing me. Garmin Australia threw up all sorts of barriers but the guys at Kiwivelo were great and pushed hard for a solution, ultimately surpassing my expectations.

Just a quick note to say thanks for the very prompt delivery. Ordered a Bell Super 3 Helmet last Thurs, it was on my doorstep the next day (midday). Helmet fits perfect and is comfortable to wear. Been on a couple of rides and it is a pleasure to wear. Thanks for the excellent service. Regards, Richard
