Amazing service. Extremely helpful right from the first phone call, kept us informed every step of the way. Much cheaper than any Dunedin stores. Sid even came out and gave us a lesson in how to properly strap it to the bike rack. Definitely worth the trip to Christchurch for service like that.
Huge fan of these guys. Always get excellent service and practical cost-effective advice. I don't bother carrying puncture stuff with me any more: just throw the bike on a bus to 99. Twenty minutes and $20-25, and I'm on my way with a new inner tube fitted and everything properly adjusted. Magic.
I had an uncomfortable experience in this shop. I went on one Saturday and I understand that they are short of staff, but I was waiting there for more than 30 minutes and also they picked up others customers how have arrived after me. I decided to grave one small bike for my 7 years old nephew and one of the staff at the counter, make me put the bike back where it was and treating me not very well, because I “made a mistake” taking that bike. That’s why I do prefer Evo or torpedo7, because on those stores you don’t need to be a “club member” to be treated fairly
Disappointing customer service experience. I visited to buy a first bike for my nearly 4 yo. I'd done some research beforehand about key things to look for such as lightweight. When I asked about those things I was basically fobbed off and told they didn't know about those things and usually the kids come in and choose the bike they like the look of. That's not what your website says about choosing a kid's bike! I'm not spending $1000s but still expect decent customer service.
Great place to buy an e-bike. We were looked after by Henry who was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Will definitely buy our future bikes from this store again. Thank you.

Yet to purchase from these guys but I must say that talking to them and learning about the different ebikes was excellent. No pressure, just good useful information. Extensive range of bikes for all ages and riding terrains. Fully equipped workshop to take care of service and repairs. Plenty of parking right outside.
Purchased a bike last Saturday and was impressed with the friendly service received from Raven at Moorhouse Ave branch. She really cares about customers and delivered a great experience.
