"“YOUR HEALTH CARE IS OUR FIRST PRIORITY”Biggera Waters Family Practice BWFP is situated in a very busy northern area of Gold Coast opposite of “Metro Shopping Centre” in Hollywell Road, Biggera Waters.All of our medical staff at BWFP are pleased to be on your service.We have online booking for our current patients by Health engine application. However, unfortunately, we are not able to accept any new patients for our surgery now except for those immediate members of our current patients. There is a long waiting list to join our surgery for these eligible people. We are working hard to shorten this waiting time. Please contact our friendly staff if one member of your family has already been our current patient @ BWFP."

Dr Babak is the best GP I ever had, for 5 years he not just had an excellent medical knowledge and helped me, but his qualities as a human being make the difference. It also helped the consistency and stability that brings to be and stay in the same practice at BWFP for all these years, thank you Dr Babak and the BWFP team

Dr Vahid Farahmand is a good GP to see-very compassionate/understanding-listens to the patient and is very caring and willing to help-BUT -I have also been to the physiotherapist at this practice-Morgan Pratt-and have had the worst experience of physio-ever-not only was he aggressive and cranky in temperament towards me-on my first visit- but also had an attitude problem in general-by the time he had finished his so called 'treatment'-i was in tears from the physical pain he had caused-I found him to be rude and self righteous and very judgemental-i certainly DID NOT BENEFIT from the visit to this physio-in fact-i would not recommend this physiotherapist-definately go elsewhere

Some extended wait times, recommend calling ahead of appointment. Medical care is good. Convenient with pathology co-located.

I've been coming here for 8 years or so and staff are far from lazy. The doctors are usually busy and do sometimes run late because I know my Dr at least takes the time to ask the extra questions to check she has all the information required, instead of just saying OK then and handing you a script for possibly unnecessary antibiotics. And if your not on time they will see the next person instead of waiting for you, and if that person had a double appointment booked then yes you will have to wait 40 minutes but that's just how it works unfortunately and I have a bad back so can't sit for long without pain. So yes ,time rules and that's that . It's a good practice with good people In my book anyway and I hate waiting but do you hear me complain.
