1. Competition Promoter.
The Promoter is BIG4 Bellarine Holiday Park.
2. Competition Dates.
The competition closes at 5.00pm on 28 Dec 2017.
The winner will be announced via Facebook, on the BIG4 Bellarine page.
No responsibility will be accepted for lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries.
3. Conditions of Entry & How To Enter.
Entry is open to anyone who fulfils the entry requirements. That is they must have liked and shared the competition post and followed BIG4 Bellarine on FB.
4. Judging Criteria.
The prize-winner will be selected by a representative of the BIG4 Bellarine team on the date above. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash. Prizes are subject to availability and no further discounts apply.
5. Prizes.
The prize-winner will win a 2 night’s at BIG4 Bellarine staying in Peggy Sue the airstream van. Peggy Sue sleeps 4 people
6. Prize Terms.
Prize must be used by 28 Feb 2018 subject to availability. If minimum stays are longer additional nights can be purchased by the prize winner at their cost.
Disclaimer
If there is an event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control that prevents or hinders the conduct of the competition or the promoter’s ability to deliver the prize to the winner, then the Promoter may in its discretion cancel the competition. Further, the Promoter may at its sole discretion recommence it under the same conditions. Entry into the competition shall be deemed approval to use the winner’s name(s) for publicity purposes. The Promoter may at its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these conditions of entry.
