Not Neurodivergent Friendly!! Waited over an hour standing around a section for help. Saw at least 8 different staff members and not one person asked if we needed help. We both have ASD so struggle with communication. Assumed someone would actually ask if we needed help, but we were wrong.

Store manager refuses to help kids in drought effected and regional areas by allowing an extra few free books to be collected to send out to them the greeting lady is even worse. Other big w stores are way better.nnUpdate2/12/23: didn't have time to go to another store so went here for some balloons for a Elf set-up the young lady that served me was AMAZING and couldn't possibly of been more helpful

Laziest rusiest staff ever, nfg for customer service.nWent in early before work at 8am to buy sleeping bags, tents, jumpers to donate to the homeless and was told serve yourself or wait till 830 to be served this was 805 am 17/6/34. Bloody disgraceful so I dumped $250 . Your loss fatty went else where.
