Went to purchase Thermos that was on special from $61 down to $18 got to the checkout and it scans for $61 . Asked the lady about it.. she got someone to go check. Told me that it was $61 so I didn't buy it.. walked in 5 minutes later and the sticker was taken down.. pathetic
Store manager refuses to help kids in drought effected and regional areas by allowing an extra few free books to be collected to send out to them the greeting lady is even worse. Other big w stores are way better.nnUpdate2/12/23: didn't have time to go to another store so went here for some balloons for a Elf set-up the young lady that served me was AMAZING and couldn't possibly of been more helpful
How can it take 2 days to pick something off a shelf and scan it. Insanely terrible service. Slow, rude, bad mannered and non caring employees tops it off as one of the worst shopping experience I've ever had. Shop elsewhere
This store on a Friday morning was a nightmare staff with large pallets unloading items on to the floor blocking walk ways and with a disability I need a trolley Trying to find a scanner that works good luck with that Self serve paying I had 2 issues which were not my fault and telling the mature lady about this being a bad experience here today I was told I'm not the only coustmer here Never again this store is one to avoid
Went in looking for a specific cologne and asked your friendly staff member Bronwyn and she went above and beyond to help me find a substitute. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for however she gave me good reccomendations and was extremely enthusiastic to help me.
