BigW not just this store usually put on fake sales. Then when ordering, they just simply cancelled your orders. If you don’t really have things to sell online, just don’t. BigW provided customers with horrible shopping experience. Felt like paying to join their bs ballot for more than once.
I was blown away by the checkout lady called Jo and her manager, they both went above and beyond to assist me. Customer service like this just doesn’t exist anymore. Thank you for making my day and Xmas a happier experience.
The party counter at Big W is a winner!!! Balloons are half the price of major competitors and I don't know what magical helium they are using but our balloons are 11 days old today and still floating right up at the ceiling! Best $35 we've spent for kids balloons so far. Highly recommend.
The under cover security guards seriously need to back away from personal space. I understand there trying to catch thieves but being up someone so close is invasion of privacy. They make themselves so obvious that they’re guards lol. I have witnessed two security guards not to be racist Indians getting up close and personal with normal people going about there day. Big w you need to hire new guards that know how to act undercover and act in a more safe manner.
Really disappointed with Big W. Took advantage of the Black Friday sales and ordered a PlayStation 5 for my nephew. Gave myself a pat on the back for finding a bargain only to receive an email an hour after ordering that they couldn’t fulfill my order. That’s not what annoyed me. What’s irritating is they were very quick to take money from my account but now have to wait up to 4 days for a refund? I’m fortunate that I’m not reliant on that money but what if I was a single parent that had promised their kid a ps5 for Xmas and now had to wait for that money to reappear in my account? $629 is a lot of money.nBe better Big W
