Friendly helpful staff. Easy to pick up my item from click and collect. Item well packed and easy to identify as the correct one.
Have been three times in the past month and have been blatantly lied to by staff about the release dates of specific items. Have lined up multiple times before opening hours and been late for work on specific dates mentioned by staff to buy item to then be told it’s embargo and can’t be sold and to come back on another date. They then sell the item before this date anyway. Is this not illegal?nnExtremely disappointed. Staff either have no idea what they are doing or are blatantly lying to multiple customers who line up for items and then keep product for themselves. Something dodgy is going on. How can this happen on three seperate occasions within one month.
Hi big w. I just attended your store just now. 571-583 High St, Epping VIC 3076nThe lady with blonde hair working at the counter is so rude, she had her back against me the entire time. I waited at the party counter for 10mins and she saw that I was standing there but she just kept going about her business and ignoring me anyway. Finally after 10mins I asked her if she could quickly fill up 1 small balloon with helium and she said I'm busy. I have all these orders to do in a rude manner. Absolutely horrible service. I know she was under pressure in getting all her orders done but she looked as though she didn't want to be at work at all and she had a very bad attitude. People at front counter deserve some sort of service. This isn't good enough. Just waisted my time going into your store.thank you
It is very big as most of the other Big W super stores. They had a small dress stall right outside the shop around April 2023, which felt a bit different from usual. They have huge collection of dresses and toys. I am not sure whether they have a service to assemble bikes if we purchase them there, as it was not very clearly mentioned there. They have wide variety of bike cycle gears for big kids and grown ups, but very less collection of bikes for those age group.
