The staff at this store are incredibly rude.nnDon't bother going instore to pick up a click and collect or layby order if you will arrive at the store with less than 15 minutes to closing time, as the staff working in this store close the service desk whenever they feel like it - regardless of whether the store is still actually open.nnI experienced this myself after arriving at the store at 8:53PM on a Friday and upon confirming with the girl at the door of the front of the store that I could still collect my order I went to the service desk and ran the buzzer. Twice. No one came.nnI waited until 9:05PM but as the only staff member who I saw actually made a rude comment to me before entering what I assume is the staff changing room to get changed and go home.. no staff members came to assist me so I started walking back to the front of the store and was approached by am older male staff member who then had the audacity to accuse me of lying by saying I did not enter the store at 8:53 and that I must have stuck in after that and that I needed to leave.. worst experience ever
It is very big as most of the other Big W super stores. They had a small dress stall right outside the shop around April 2023, which felt a bit different from usual. They have huge collection of dresses and toys. I am not sure whether they have a service to assemble bikes if we purchase them there, as it was not very clearly mentioned there. They have wide variety of bike cycle gears for big kids and grown ups, but very less collection of bikes for those age group.
Ordered 8 tins of Nan comfort. And 6 of them are badly dented. Horrendous packaging!!!
Good priced and quality items overall.nKids clothes are cute.nI saw some cute new season tutu and tulle dresses that I would of brought at only $25 each, beautiful designs, for a friend's wedding end of this month April... rather than spending $49.95 plus postage which I did spend per dress from an online store the other week.
