Absolutely appalling customer service! No courtesy or regard for the disabled or elderly! Went there today with an elderly client who might I add is in her 90s and struggles to walk long distances. All she wanted was a set of scales. I had sat my client on the chairs outside of big W still in the complex and well in view so I could go find a set of scales for her. I then proceeded to ask the greeting young girl if I could just go show my client quickly and explained the situation. She proceeded to ask her supervisor, who in turn denied the request. They couldn't even escort or take it out themselves which would have been no longer then 5 minutes. To say I am angry would be an understatement and I'll be sure to be getting their names next time I am in. So much for customer service!

Went in to purchase some items. Couldn't find them . Went and asked the young girl at the counter who was very helpful.  I said that I was going back to where I thought the item should be.  A lady in a costume came around and pointed at the product and said HERE.. very rude    no customer skills

Easy access.nGood selection. Can generally find what I am looking for.nDecent parking area.nSmall group of shops.nRecommended

horrid customer service. tried speaking with one of the lady workers and she acted as if she didn't want to be here. didn't care when I asked her for help or spoke to her. she spoke back to me as if I had just don't something terribly wrong to her.

I quiet like the shop always a friendly staff member to greet and say goodbye, seems to roomy enough and plenty of stock at good prices
