Price check machines removed and some items have no priced labels. Clearly Big W quality control is not up to standards.. Customer service  assistance is non-existent.

It's kind and neat. Parking is also convenient. You can park in the basement.

Always have cute things, and staff are always helpful

Big W are a joke. Nothing to do with staff- this is a product complaint. Cat litter clumping clay used to be $20. Then it jumped to $22, then $25 and now they have the ordasity to now charge $29!!! With a hilarious 'LOW PRICE' sticker label. What the actual F?? How can gorging the consumer an extra $9 be a low price. Original was $20. Nothing but Greed. Will not be buying it  what a pathetic joke.
