What a run down awful building. Most of the lights inside either don’t work or blink, was a very annoying experience.nStaff were good! Poor things have to work in this environment
Rude Staff…… Not the first time!!!…… Obviously not the last time…… Customer Service Training is clearly needed for those on checkouts who feel the need to give you constant disgusted and annoyed looks…… Doesn’t take much to smile or a hello or even better be a decent human being…… Shouldn’t have to walk out feeling like crap just because you are in a bad mood or dealing with things…… If customer service isn’t something you can handle please find something else you clearly would rather do to make you genuinely happy……
I would like to thank TJ from Officeworks Hervey Bay for the exceptional customer service. I bought a printer and took it back the next day as I was unable to connect the wifi to it to print. Without any drama I returned the printer and asked for an alternative. TJ with some advice from another colleague selected another printer and we actually opened it up and got everything working before I left the shop. Definitely 5 stars for the great customer service. All the staff were very helpful. Thanks Officeworks Hervey Bay for the exceptional customer service. Pat Adam
The car park is littered with rubbish, dilapidated and run down on the outside, flickering lights and loud music on the inside. Photo area takes FOREVER and the quality of the prints self serve or behind the desk are either too dark or overexposed. Rarely accepting batteries for recycling. Staff are helpful and I feel bad they have to work in such a poorly looked after establishment. Time for a reno.
Great range, and at reasonable prices too. It's a great one-stop shop for inexpensive tech and office supplies.nThe only downside is that queues are frequently long. Otherwise, it's worth a visit.
