Abominable. Worst office works in Australia. As a long time business customer, that has been using this store for years I am beyond digusted by todays experience. I have been severely mislead and redirected to the website to serve myself!!! The staff here have no customer service skills, care non for their customers and only priortise 'doing as less as possible'. If you worked for me you woukd be fired. Lucky I am not using your names. Do better. I went to anpfjer Office works a day later and they did everything you wouldn't. Again. Do better.

In many ways this is a good store but I need to point out some issues.nnI went to the store to buy a monitor listed on the website as in stock. It wasn't, the staff were unsurprised by this and felt it often happened.nnWhen I did a click and collect for just a few items I had to go back 3 times to pick up the items as they were ready. This is for simple stuff like drink bottles and pens.nnHope they will do better in future and I can improve my review.

Customer service has gone down hill- if you can actually find someone to help you.  None of the staff approach and ask if you need help.  I was directed by a disinterested middle aged staff member to speak to the manager female with an arm in a sling about a printer I need to return.  I honestly felt like I was inconveniencing her.  While waiting I was appalled by the way the manager was talking to an elderly customer and I decided not to bother.  I won't be going back!  I would rather throw the printer in the bin than to deal with staff there!  Must be new management as it used to be a good place to shop...

The customer service at this store is terrible.  I went in to use self serve printing. There was a lovely young girl at the desk helping another customer for a really long time and i stood in line twice when i encountered issues with the printer only to be completely ignored by an older blonde lady and larger gentleman who were chatting frequently and not interested in assisting me at all despite how long i was standing there.nA 5 minute job ended up being a 30 minute visit and i was late for work because no staff would even acknowledge me except the poor young girl that was helping another customer with an issue

Used the print centre for a bit of a different job.  The Young lady who served me was so helpful!  She gave me lots of tips for future printing and was friendly and efficient.  So great to find a staff who knows their job and is customer focused.  I will definitely there again.
