I think maybe more care should be taken at the register, because the guy who was serving me today was almost slamming my new pencils onto the counter, it was just a bit rough and concerning I know he was probably just having a bad day, but please don't take it out on my expensive and easily breakable pencilsnnOther than that, good range and stock of art supplies, but generally on the more expensive side especially for the popular brands. Very helpful and kind staff members.

Shout out for Hallie, what a star!!nWas getting some photos printed of our beautiful dog that passed away a week ago. Hallie who was running the printing area all on her own and run off her feet. She was absolutely wonderful, friendly, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and so professional, all with a great smile. Officeworks should be so proud to have an employee like Hallie.

Waited a half hour in line for the pathetic counter lady at Hervey Bay officeworks to tell me she couldn't help me with my simple photo print off request. Didn't have the correct cords for my phone for self service either even when she brought out exactly the same one that's already in the machine. She has shocking customer service & was just like talking to a brick wall. If I see her there next time I'll get my photos printed at Kmart instead! Atleast they can print off simple photos.

I ordered a banner to be printed for some markets I’m selling at, and I usually love officeworks printing, but today I was just appalled. The service when picking up the banner was amazing, but when I opened it I was incredibly disappointed. I can understand why some colours would be off because of the different in computer and printer colours, but the whole thing was tilted oddly, pixels, and just looks appealing. The whole thing

Went in to office works Hervey Bay to buy a new printer, we asked for help, TJ came up to help me make a decision, asked us questions on how I use the printer being do I print out a lot and how often. TJ Explained the difference between some of the printers, I came up with the answer that I do not print out much and only want to print black and white. I was given a great option to buy a brother printer that fitted all my needs. Thank you TJ for all your help and excellent service. Highly recommend TJ at office works 10 out of 10 well done
