Pros: Tidy, organised and as clean as you could get in old dated buildings/sheds. Cons: It’s really got that smell you get with large collections of old stuff. Especially the old, dated, damaged clothing. And who thought STAPLING prices onto the clothes is a good idea??!! The review that is highlighted on Google for this shop says, “Hervey Bay’s best op shop.” Seriously, someone is kidding themselves!!! If someone could hire 10 x 7m skips and empty out all of the old stock, there MIGHT be a chance to rescue this place. I gave 2 stars out of respect for the staff, but if you don’t come here you won’t have missed much.
Such an awful experience entering this store. Very aggressive owner with divisive views which she wanted to share loudly. plenty of other clean and welcoming thrift shops in the Bay I would recommend.

Well worth a visit, especially if you love lots of non-clothing vintage items. You could spend hours picking over the many rooms filled with vintage homewares, craft items, linen, kitchenware, toys, books. Very reasonable pricing too. Go and check it out!
Inside the smaller shop is filthy, staff in the way. I was not allowed to purchase an item for the price on it. They wanted to increase the price after a number of staff consulted. Not the first time either. Refused to follow law in this area. Rude staff member.
Customer service from some staff is appalling. Was spoken to like a shifty criminal after someone else changed the price on something I wanted to purchase. Very disappointing. Training required. I will be very wary to return.
Honestly I didn't think I would get such a good result going to an op shop, not only did they help me find the item I was after but they went above and beyond with the service provided. Best op shop in the bay.
Went today since sign says open sat 9-15.. place was closed at 12 ‍ padlocks in every door, no one in sight and phone disconected
Great amount of stock, and very friendly, efficient staff.
Ever so helpful.
