Honestly I was expecting "BigSave" service. I was miles wrong. I've annoying forgotten his name but I won't forget the service any time soon. Absolutely outstanding. I was in a hurry to get a bed after being robbed. The guy who served me read that acted quickly and amazing efficiently got a super king mattress loaded on my truck before the rain as well as the kitset base which after recognizing my address was just around the corner and that i was in a rush HE OFFERED TO HELP PUT UT TOGETHER after he finished work in his own time. SERIOUSLY OUTSTANDING Service. Didnt need any help but who does that?? BigSave..... you need to keep hold of this man and give him a raise. My business is all about giving the best customer service and this guy blew me away. I be back only because of his service. Actually the mattress is awesome too.
Furniture delivered on time and date stated. Had to pay $50 more to guarantee delivery into home.
Great service from Aahed today while looking for a bed, very passionate about his job and super helpful. Really friendly and easy to talk to. If I could give 6 stars I would.
