If you're local you know that it is not possible to find everything that you need in one place on Kapiti. While on a pricey side, C.O. has its own specialities which are hard to replace. This is my go-to place for no-nasties-added food for my baby, some rare veges like kohlrabi, ripe bananas during that season they are very green in Pac'n'Save, Zany Zeus ricotta and yoghurt. They also have a good range of hygiene and cleaning products that are environment-friendly. Staff is very friendly which is another perk of the place.

Love this shop, we supplement our groceries here, tte fruit and veges are better and nicer, good to know they are locally and organically grown. Tte wine is nice too.
The fresh Falafel Salads are a lunch time go to, for me. They are delicious although it would be great if you could add more salad! It seems under balance with the generous amount of falafel included.
Absolutely amazing place to shop. As someone who mostly try to eat healthy and also being vegan, Commonsense Organics has plenty to offer. Then I simply have to mention the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff - Jana, Jack and the gorgeous girl with the earrings and the Dutch heritage. I cannot say that I’ve ever had a bad experience shopping here.
Great range of shelf and fresh products, but a little too expensive for me.
