Was advised to change my plan from 49.95 unlimited as not using all data. . I explained that I did not want to be caught out with large bill so that why I was on that plan. Told not to worry, be 👌. . I could see myself going over plan so rang and changed back to original plan. . Told could not change part way thru cycle. Got a horrendous bill of nearly $300.Rang customer care who said they could reduce bill as misinformed. But because was done at store as purchased a new phone at the time told to ring store to sort. . Got guy who misinformed me and refused to do anything. . I am on a disability pension and rely on phone. . Now it could be cut of as can't afford that high bill. Not impressed.
