Excellent staff member that was working in there today. I've never come across anyone so friendly and polite like this man was. Awesome gear in the shop.
Well laid out stock. Friendly staff. Prices not low, but hopefully because of better quality.
The staff are fine and good at their job. Unfortunately the gear cannot be trusted in any shape or form for what they claim it can do! Pretty much use Kathmandu equipment tramping if you want to have a horrible trip or become one of the people recused or worse! Oh by the way ALL product reviews on the website are heavily edited so anybody that puts a negative review has it pulled down!
Great buying today with excellent savings on great gear. Served by David who did a great job.
Helpful friendly polite staff. Always greeted & assisted quickly. Even the occassional quiet word on when to hold off on a purchase afew days due to a sale coming up
Check for when and then wait for sales. Tramping tents are great.
Service is usually pretty good, and prices can be good when on sale, but for other times, prices are generally not worth it.
Had a very informative tramping boot session with Jack. Knowledgeable, friendly, and not sales pushy.
Good staff service and products in a handy location. Would recommend.
Good range of outdoor gear at reasonable prices especially if you join their Summit Club
