I had shopped here couple of times and I have had an excellent customer service experience. The ladies working there have been very helpful and patient, even when trying multiple pairs in multiple sizes. The shoes are also very comfortable. I personally love the wide range for ladies shoes, which is often hard to find.

Great shop! Shoes were beautiful! Wonderful service from Charlotte aka Charlie who served us with a smile, enthusiasm and took massive interest in her customers. She listened to what we wanted and produced wonderful items for us to purchase. Highly recommend to go to this store if you’re looking for your perfect fit and great service!!

the shop lady gave me the display shoes , walked within shopping centre and less than 5 mins  then realized left/right are not even. Return to shop and Requested for exchange but rejected.  Disappointed !
