After a few less than satisfying visits to shoe stores in the downtown CBD recently, I was very pleased to visit Betts at Belmont Forum today. The range of products on offer was excellent and the standard of service was terrific.
Was so pleased with the prompt and auspicious outcome from Annette regarding a problem with my current shoes that I bought another pair of shoes. With quality customer service comes reward.
I usually hate Shoe shopping but both times I have come here the staff made my experience perfect! Thank you! They helped me find exactly what my picky self wanted.
