Every time I have taken my girls here the service has been fantastic. The shoes are great quality and a great fit. My toddler has worn one pair of garvalins almost every day for almost 6 months and they will easily go through my next daughter too. The shoes can be expensive, when not on sale, but the cost of putting good quality, well fitting shoes on developing feet is well worth the cost.
I always shop here for my kid's shoes. Professional, thorough service and the staff are really helpful. There's a few toys for the little ones to occupy themselves, also. It's a bit pricey, but you always get the right shoe for your child so it's worth it.
Excellent, Excellent shoes! But the owner is very touchy about the shoes being touched. While waiting to be served my 4 and 2 yrs boys were touching the boxes of shoes. The owner, while serving another customer, told my children not to touch the boxes! This is a children's store. After all I was standing over my son's making sure no damage was to happen to the shoes or boxes! I did go back and it was the same sort of service. The owner was extremely condescending and spoke to me as though I was an idiot. Its such a shame because the shoes are wonderful but it seems the owner hates what she does, because of arrogant attitude and passive rudeness the owner alludes! Her staff are genuine and WONDERFUL!
Yet another wonderful experience at Magic Shoebox. Left with an extremely delighted red-booted toddler. Kath and all her staff are just lovely and so full of useful advice. We never feel rushed and understand if there's a little wait, it's because each child is getting full attention. I know that when it's our turn, we'll get exactly what we need. The shoes are of high quality and durability. The play corner is a nice touch too. Well done to Kath and her team!
Best service, high quality shoes. Bought the first shoes for our little one here, came back for the second pair and will surely be back for the third soon! Best shoe store in Perth! We have been a few times over the years when ever my son needs new shoes. He has sunken arches and needs heel support so was suggested by paediatricians to go here. They have awesome friendly service and a wealth of knowledge. It is the only place I will buy shoes from for my kids. Excellent quality and so important for their growing feet. Will be going back again today to buy some school shoes for my son. :
Been here twice now for my little one's shoes..I also ended up getting a pair. They measure bubs feet and give really helpful recommedations to help you make the right choice. The Bobux shoes we have bought are super light and flexible allowing for natural barefoot walking sensation. Before my bub was constantly falling over in the cheaper shoes.
Wonderful service over eight years and once again today. Sadly my daughter's feet have now outgrown the store except for one sandal that the team happily orders for school, to meet our needs. Can't thank them enough for the years of excellent service - thank you ladies!
I think people who want cheap shoes should shop at Kmart or other retail shops who sell shoes for $10 or $20. If you want quality and fantastic service then i recommend "Magic Shoebox"! All the ladies there are great with the kids and the shoes last... Unlike the cheap and nasty ones. I like comfy supportive shoes on my feet and my child deserves the same!
Wonderful experience, extremely patient shoe specialists. We have been going for years, I must say I do like paying for quality and kids shoes so protect their foot growth and development and shouldn't need to be daggy. Kath has the most amazing choices and after about 7 years of going there we have never had a dud!!
