Terrible. Tried to exchange shoes boxing day and was refused service. Told to come back another day. Seems they had my money so were not interested. I will never shop at any foot locker again. I am returning the 230 dollar item so they effectively lost a sale. I would encourage all those that are disgusted with this shop to encourage others not to purchase from them.

Get the opening hours right. The google listing states open until 8pm Wednesdays. I made a special trip into the city and was denied entry at 5:30pm! I phoned to check of course but, nobody answered the f*#king phone!

Absolutely NO phone service what so ever.... I am not interested in going all the way into the city if I don't know whether they have what I want. in the end I bought the item from NIKE... 
Pretty POOR service in this day and age.
