Similar to other reviewers. Extremely hostile customer service from a shop i had purchased from multiple times  because i had my phone out on the stores website trying to find the shoe i had seen online.

Rude and hostile. Refused to tell me the type of shoe I was looking at because he reckoned that would allow me to go online to buy them. Firstly I was actually a returning customer (never again), which he's decided to insult. Secondly the exact type of shoe is listed on his own website, so it took me 10 seconds to find out. He's a fool, and the service here is woeful, avoid.

The selection of shoes seemed ok but the rude staff member wasn't, the old guy appeared pushy in his sales tactic and when I decided I needed to have a think as I hadn't made up my mind ($200 shoes and a strict refund policy one needs to be sure, right?) he got annoyed and rude. Won't be going back I'll take business elsewhere.
