Your wonderful young sales ladyI’m really disappointed I didn’t catch her name had to deal with this 63 year old lady that made the fatal mistake of shopping at Garden City on the first day of School Holidays & end Of Financial year. 3/4 of an hour driving around, up & down stalking people for a car park! Hungry, tired & stressed needing to get a pair of Strappy Diamonte shoes for a wedding in 6 days time. Your lass was AMAZING, friendly , calming, helpful with good old fashioned service. I got my beautiful shoes, on sale as well, she disclosed she had chosen the same shoes previously for her School Formal. THANKYOU Betts, your my first stop shop next time. 5 *****
My daughter and I went in looking for a pair of boots for my daughter and were served by Amanda. Let me just say that she was the most pleasant sales assistant. We looked at other stores for boots at Garden City and they could learn a thing or two in customer service from Amanda. Thank you Amanda and to the Betts owners, she is an asset to your business.
Very helpful staff when I'm in store. Definitely got what I wanted and took care of my kids x2 when I shop. Also, put a pair on hold, as I wanted to look elsewhere for something similar and cheaper. Overall, Betts always have a good decent sale on. Can't complain
Just visited the store and couldn’t cope up with the rude girl who apparently thinks she’s too cool to be working retail. Never seen anyone at any workplace with such a behaviour! However, the other girl was the nicest and probably the one who’s doing all the work I bet . Keep up the good work young lady! It’s goes a long way, thanks for your help!
I went in to return a pair of shoes as they where bought by my sister for me. Sizing was of and they had no more of my size left. The process of the refund was horrible and the lady that served me was super rude.
Reasonable price. Great variety Friendly staff Quality is okay what you get for the price
Always have very rude staff members. Not worth going in despite the bargains.
