Attended in store on the 13th of September after a two hour drive to get a quote on a new purchase.nnWe called in advance to ensure that we would be able to speak to someone about our specific request and was ensured our drive would be rewarded with a face to face discussion.nnMuch to my dismay when we arrived staff were unable to sit down with us regarding our specific wants and needs in a new purchase.nnIn lieu of a conversation I instead was instructed to write my specific requests into a book and was assured that a quote would be drafted and forwarded to me.nnIn excess of a month later, no phone call, no email and one very disappointed prospective customer.nnTo their own detriment they have missed out on securing a purchase from me.nnIf I could give zero stars I would.nnUpdate - Several years later and I am still waiting

Seriously good boats on offer, very good service. I get my Suzuki four stroke serviced here & have never had a problem. They look after it like it was theirs. Honestly be hard to find a better boat & boat motor service place. Great range of fishing gear & marine equipment at quality prices.

Very pleased with the service and repair on my Suzuki outboard. My motor has never gone this well. I thought the rates were very reasonable. Thank you Bendigo Marine & Outdoors.
