Hyundai , i have been a customer 13 years , your paint and solution to the problem is disgraceful . I was asked to get a quote to fix the paint , which i did , just over $3,000 rang two weeks later because did not recieve any call back , then another promised call back not arriving to my phone so I call back to you to be told im out of Scope . Next I ask for a number for head office , to be told im out of scope again i ask for a call back from someome in head office , 3 weeks now not going to happen . Hyundai it is not a warranty problem it is your paint which is no good and your customer service a disgrace , no bargaining for an outcome to satisfy your loyal customer . How bout $ 3000 off a new car or 3000 extra on a trade in , no you are out of Scope knick off ..Goodbye Hyundai hello MITSUBISHI

I spoke with Hyundai service centre about sending in my i30 for an assessment and was told they would inspect it and provide a quote. To be fair, throughout this process, the young woman I spoke with was pleasant and easy to deal with. However, at no point was I told there would be a fee for the assessment. Had I known, I wouldn’t have sent the car to Hyundai and would have sent it straight to a wrecker, as I already suspected the vehicle was beyond repair and just wanted confirmation from the so-called experts.nnOf course, Hyundai will say it’s assumed you’ll pay for the assessment. In response to that, my mechanic in Kyneton, who tells the truth and operates with integrity, also assessed the car. He spent considerable time on it, and when he couldn’t fix it, he didn’t charge me.nnHyundai later said there were manifold and exhaust issues with the car and charged $175 for the assessment, which, in my view, likely involved nothing more than hooking it up to a computer and running a few tests, which I expect would have taken less than 30 minutes. $175 may not seem like a lot to Hyundai, but it’s a significant expense for me and my family.nnWhat’s also concerning is that, having not been told about the assessment fee, it raises questions in my mind about the assessment itself. It makes me wonder whether the car was simply placed in the “too hard basket,” and a prohibitive $9k quote provided to discourage further engagement. Based on the earlier lack of transparency, it's difficult not to question whether the assessment process was entirely genuine.nnMy recommendation to others: ask a lot of questions upfront. Based on my experience, if you don’t, you risk being misled by omissions. All in all, it was a disappointing experience, and I’ve been left feeling that I wasn’t treated honestly or fairly.
LOVE our new car, the guys at Bendigo Hyundai were super helpful and quick in sourcing us a car with extras we wanted. This is our second new car from them and won't be the last, great service and support!
I know it’s bit late to post this but me and my partner still wanna say thank you to Rhi. She’s super friendly and easy to talk to. She gave us a really good deal, and we almost bought it from her. We based in melb and we drove to bendigo like two and half hours to buy the car. Just unfortunately, their staff crashed the brand new car , it happens. But it’s not Rhi’s fault. Once again, even we bought the car from other dealer, but we highly recommend Rhi, professional, friendly, respectful. She gave us good price even beat our local dealer and good service. Thank you again, Rhi. Hope to see u next time.
