We bought a new Captiva through a Holden dealership in Echuca and their after-sale service was appalling. After being mucked around we decided to go to Poysers to get the car serviced. We have nothing but praise for everyone there, from reception, Jess and Allan on the service team through to the courtesy bus drivers and apprentice that helped out when the bus was full. We even got a courtesy call the day after the service to see how everything went. Allan helped my wife with an airconditioning query and said if she had any more problems with it to drop by and he'd see what he could do to help. Thank you all so very much at Poyser Holden Bendigo. We will definitely be recommending your service to others.

Tonight had an outstanding experience. Came home to find screw in side of tyre. Called Poyser at 4:55 and was told to come in. Due to the place of the puncture was able to repair. However, they were able to find the same tyre and fit it all while I waited! Fantastic service, genuine interest in helping. Very happy, great team.
