Well what can we say, after having a pretty average experience trying to organise a drive of a new BYD Shark, the Melbourne CBD dealer absolutely blew me away with how rude and unhelpful they were. We visited Bendigo to see family and saw that a dealer was located there also. Stopped in and Dylan was an absolute legend. Not only did he assist with any questions we had, he communicated very well, helped with an extended test drive after a short drive the first day and was that helpful he restored faith in the brand to a degree.nnIf we pull the pin on these vehicles for our company, be rest assured I will be calling Dylan and dealing with him only. Well played young man, you have a bright future and I hope the dealer passes on our thanks and looks after you moving forward. If you ever come to Darwin and want to try your hand at a career in risk management I would consider hiring you straight away. Friendly team, always happy to help with any questions, great prices, as I did my research,  found Poyser s to be the best price and attention to all detailsnnGreg  sales manager was great to deal with. Such lovely, helpful staff. Kept me informed throughout the servicing of my car, and let me know before they did anything extra to the car to see if I wanted it done this time.nSold me my car last year as well, and they weren't pushy or anything about selling me a car.nThey are awesome!!

Purchased my car brand new there and I think with every service, there was some type of issue. Doing work and charging me extra with no call before hand, having the courtesy car not available but was pre booked, not looking at things I said were wrong and most recently not registering the service which then made my complimentary road side assist expire. I then needed to use the road side assist, which I didn't know hadn't been renewed, I had no choice but to purchase it myself, more $$$ that shouldnt have been needed, called holden once they were open, have sent emails and 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for even a call back.nAlso went there to purchase a car with my daughter, who has a very healthy budget,  and got told to look on their website for prices, obviously they don't want the business.nThe communication at the Bendigo location is horrible and would not recommend at all.
