Experienced fantastic customer service here on both pick up and drop off. The people at the desk couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Car was clean and as expected.
Easy to deal with and competitively priced. I called 4 places and the staff at Hertz were happy, interested and easy to deal with. Other companies I called lacked customer service, making Hertz the top pick.
Cannot recommend Poppy manager and her team at Hertz Bendigo highly enough . In town for a corporate activation at the Bendigo Show, Avis let us down with a booking cancellation without notice we didn't get a call. On arrival we reached out / turned up to Hertz Bendigo who with a full waiting area still managed to welcome us warmly, listen to our situation and deliver a solution that was over and above our expectations. I cannot thank this team enough for their professionalism and care when we needed it most. 5 , brilliant example of a well managed business supported by great systems and folks who know how to use them. Thank you
I DON'T RECOMMEND hertz car rental because they want to STEAL your money. I deposited $100 and then they offer a $100 for zero liabilities for 1 month only so I decided to avail their offer. After a month, my insurance keep extending the hire car because my car is not yet fix. After more than 3 months, when I returned their car I was in shocked when they told me that I'm owing $189 on the top of my deposit. THIS IS VERY WRONG. They didn't inform me regarding this fees. They don't have proper communication. They just want to take your money. So, people of Australia, don't even dare to hire car from them if you don't want to LOSE MONEY.
Was ok with the $500 deposit, instead of crediting it back, was charged again. Now I'm $1000 down on a $100 rental and have to take time from my day just to correct - can do without it. Modified my original review from 1 to 3 stars as the mistake was corrected, only reason I didn't remove this review was because the refund will take a few days to get back into my account - funny how when I'm payng it goes immediately
