Bed was a banana , had booked the king room to be told at reception it wasn’t available. The guy said oh the bed in this other room is slightly bigger, hey dude a queen is a queen. Then we were woken to smoke alarm going off its hoodie, no owners on site, alarm wasn’t monitored by the cfa. One gentleman actually phoned 000 to their reply they had no idea the alarm had been triggered. But no one from the premises were on site. Shower sprayed the bathroom, toilet kept running; sorry guys but your premises requires attention.
3 guests in 3 different rooms stayed at this hotel. All reported a very clean, comfortable and affordable stay. Would certainly stay again excellent value for money. Impressed with the clean bathroom and room.
Hi , very clean and tidy.nI really like this motel.nHeating wasn't working though when I stayed 1 night Tue 16 April.nI tried to use the control panel near the bathroom door, but nothing worked.nThanks
Passing through from Horsham we stayed at this fabulous motel.nRight from our entry meeting Dilbag who manages the reception, we were treated so beautifully by him.nMy elderly mother had a car full load of possessions, as we were re locating her.nnDilbag very kindly opened a private garage so we could house her car for the evening. It was just the best and it put my mothers mind at ease.nHe told us he would lock it up and that he would be back in the morning to greet us and unlock the garage.nnThe room was clean and fresh smelling. Everything was lovely. The motel has fabulous ammenities pool, bbq and a great entertaining area. It’s safe and in a great location.nnThe best memory for us was fabulous Dilbag, his professionalism, emotional maturity and kindness shines bright and for that we are so grateful and will return in future.
Place was dirty and stained, rubbish, hair and food left under the beds. Our original room was flooded due to the rain and we ended up with me and my husband on a double bed my 17 year old on a single sofa bed and my 13 year old on a blow up mattress my 13 year old didn’t receive a pillow thank god she brought her own. the blanket that was given was paper thin to which her back was aching in the morning due to the uncomfortably. We paid almost 400$ for this hotel as it was a last minute stay and let’s just say we will never come back. One of the worst sleep I have ever had.
