Bendigo Bank

Living in regional Queensland we have a very real problem with finding branches of banks, even the big banks. I'm fortunate enough to have this bank almost at my doorstep for the odd occassion one needs to go to an actual shopfront. The last few times I've been in I've needed help in rearranging some things & I've had the wonderful Bronwyn helping me & again, just now on the phone. Another plus - you can actually phone the branch & talk to someone who's working there - what a bonus in this day & age. I couldn't recommend this bank more highly.

What a relief to be able to phone and get straight through to an actual person. Even better to go in and do personal banking with a real teller, rather than be confronted by a plethora of ATM's. This is banking as it used to be and should be. All the internet type things are available for the internet savvy but us "oldies" need this personal service. Well done and keep it up Bendigo.
