Terrible service, very condescending and non communicative, customer service are happy to hang up on you rather than service your needs. Takes forever to process loans. Would not recommend. EDIT: After another extremely rude call from CUA I had to update this review, if you have to use a redraw facility because of unforseen circumstances expect a call and to be treated like a child instead of a customer. Absolutely disgusting.
