Steve from Astute has helped many of my clients, most of whom were stressed after encountering issues with unhelpful banks, or inexperienced mortgage brokers. Steve is certainly not your usual broker - he is incredibly knowledgeable, goes above and beyond to help each client and as a bonus has a great sense of humour! Thanks Steve!

Great Marketing and Sales talk. When we left from our first appointment we felt really confident we had made the right choice. That's where the positive experience stopped thought. They oversold and underdelivered. We ended up with a loan that had nothing to do with what was discussed and were basically told that we had to take it or risk missing settlement. Really slow answering requests and some of the staff quite arrogant. Sorted everything after settlement with the bank directly. Should have done that in the first place.
