Great store. Ordered a larger item online and had to arrange a courier to pick up and the online sales rep was quite responsive and actively guided through what needs to be done. The courier had packaging requirements and the sales rep was quick to pack and everything arrived as described and the item is perfect!nnGreat customer service and will be back!
I came in about a year or so back to pick up an online webshop order for a Nintendo switch with a specific serial number.nnWhen I got there and the serial number was different from the one specified on the listing I was met with anger and frustration from a staff member when I said I did not want to take the switch.nnSo I took it instead of standing up for myself, also the switch I received had light cosmetic damage which was not mentioned on the listing but I didn't think to mention it at the time to avoid causing more trouble.nnI do not think I will be back, hope service has improved since then.
