Bought plenty of gold from this lovely jewellery shop , will all ways come for more, the staff are soooo lovely,  sooooo friendly , and as of the main man .....what can I say. Always there to help

First time visit to this friendly jewellers situated in the arcade in Hatfield today. I needed new straps and batteries for my beloved watches. Everett family jewellers is an independent jewellers and today I was looked after by the very professional and friendly manager, Mandy Boxer. Great selection of jewellery - rings, necklaces etc and lots of fabulous watches, including second hand items along with some lovely antiques, including clocks and vases. Also, trophys available for sports events of all types. Well worth a visit if you're looking for a gift or to treat yourself  I bought myself a pretty little ring today or buying sports trophies for winning teams! 5 stars.

I had purchased jewellery offline and spent a fair amount of money on them, she refused to even listen as they are industrially made. The lady was very rude, blunt and wasn’t friendly at all. My assumption that only s certain class of people are welcome was definitely solidified. I was made to feel inferior and as if my jewellery was of bad quality.  I have several pieces ranging from £100-£500 and she wasn’t interested. Won’t be using there and wouldn’t recommend.

There were lovely people. Me and my boyfriend saw a cute ring and mathcing bracelet. The lady and gentleman was so lovely as we went on 2 spereate occations! Definatly worth coming back again!

Paid for an expensive change watch battery but, my watch played up a matter of days later. Took the watch to another jeweler and, he reported the battery fell out when he opened the back of the watch. I paid again to have a new battery and luckily, the watch was fine. Find somebody else to fit watch battery's!

Sold some.gold pieces got the very best price and had some beautiful earrings made using my diamonds absolutely stunning what a fantastic family jeweller with good old fashion trust honesty combined with the very best in service thank you so so much will highly recommend you to everyone

Had an issue with a strap on my watch, fixed tremendously in a quick fashion with a tidy shine up. A1 service. Recommend highly
