Very bad customer service I will never buy from store again. Told by staff i couldn’t get a refund on necklace bought 1 day ago, even though their return policy allows for 7 days. Once I read out their return policy to them, they begrudgingly refunded but ignored me throughout the process.

One star is to much!! I had the most horrible experience with the staff at this store. Never have i ever been so poorly disrespected. Two women stood behind the till and was so obviously bad mouthing another staff member. I had came in for a gift to give to my mother as her birthday is next saturday and it was the worst customer service from these women. ( Was not even acknowledged)  i have ever received.

Went in with the intent of purchasing a watch ticketed at $525 dollars only to be told the ticket was wrong and it was actually $850. What a waste of my time.
