After frustrating weeks on Anz banking process, I finally came across with Mark from Sunshine plaza branch bank. My work was done so smoothly, it was a piece of a cake experience. Thank you again, Mark for your help. Definitely, I look forward to visit again if any new services is needed.
Being a business banker with no coin change in the atm which is fine go to the counter only to be told yes can give you couns but will need to go back to atm to get notes. Where has customer service gone especially for the fees we pay. Shame on you ANZ and the one lady on the teller . 28/12 2022.
Tried to make an appointment to open a bank account for my daughter after she finish school. tried to book online but doesn't work and then tried to call ANZ 131314 several times but cut me off. Is This really ANZ?
When ringing can never ever ever get onto anyone. Woeful customer service, it's all about profit and share holders. They forgot that without customers there would be no ANZ bank. Since last year I have been trying to close all my accounts with them with no joy, they are all still open with nothing in them.
Tried to make an appointment by using three methods. ANZ 131314, cut me off each time after I said appointment. Second method by ringing ANZ Concierge but waited 30minutes and no answer. Thirdly tried to book online, method isn’t working at the moment. Really ANZ , get your business operating properly.
The absolute most shocking service I have received. If you go in they are rude to your face and if you call they hang up on you after 20 minutes on hold. I will be promptly switching my 5 bussiness accounts and 2 personal accounts to a different bank.
Horrible service, ever time you call you are out on hold for 30+ minutes can not believe it, just unacceptable, people have more important things to do then sit on the phone to the bank for 30+ min jus horrible.
My appriciated to Siri Chu. She is great staff with knowledge and kindness, to help me with all the required documents. It is so lucky for Anz to have good staff like her
Fabulous personal service. So rare to find these days. Was brushed off by 2 other banks bcos they were too busy. Young Taiwanese lady, Siri, was also busy but managed to see me btwn clients. So efficient & fast, had my account open & setup in minutes. I retuned to activate my card & set up internet banking and was assisted by Kath. Also very friendly. Compliments to Siri & Kath for their welcoming personal service.
As much as ANZ made mistake on our account I can't fault Mitchell and his team. He went above and beyond to correct the error which I'm very greatful for! Thank you Mitchell for being human in a world slowly being dominated by robots!
