Rude unprofessional no customer service I called Bel's hair extensions and was advised she was on holidays, ok fair enough. A couple of weeks later I called left a message and all I got was an SMS response - "Who is this". Given that the number I called was on her company website you'd think she'd have a little more business savvy when it came to dealing with potential customers. Anyway I responded via SMS requesting information regarding getting some hair extensions put in - again got nothing back. So I decided to book an appointment via her website which says you will receive an email confirming your appointment - you guessed it nothing back. Had a look at her bookings for the next 5 days from when I made my booking and there was not a single other appointment showing via the booking site - little wonder if she treats all her clients this way. She did give me some good advise though, order your extensions online which I did and I've found another hair dresser to apply them - couldn't be happier. Very clear that this is a backyard operated business - don't waste your time.
