Beerwah Family Clinic

We've been to this clinic in more than 6 occassions and it's all great experience especially with Dr Zia! Not until today 15 May 2018 - called the clinic this arvo for an appointment for my baby, requested for Dr Zia but he' off today. Was confirmed for a slot with another doctor, booked for 7:45 PM so we came with my baby. Well... that turned out to be a disappointing experience with that male doctor. I didn't get the doctor's name but all he did was nothing but instead questioned us why we came in around that time (the attendant booked us for that time, remember?); that a nurse should check the baby (huh? i didn't know a doctor can't do that); and walked out with no health assessment done for my baby. We are not happy and I would say you didn't treat us nicely, mate!

Competency, Care and effectiveness are three words describe this practice. I had Wonderful experience at Beerwah family clinic. All the staff is very helping ,caring and friendly. I have been seeing Dr Zia, and he is excellent doing his job. He is very competitive and experienced, listened to my problem carefully and then diagnosed and treated well.

Rang up 45min before my appointment and was told they are running on time. 30min later after the scheduled time I was seen. Nice doctors but terrible time management. They don't value your time as much as theirs.

The doctor takes everything seriously and cares. Easy to book online. Waiting time is usually short. Receptionists may be a little green to handle medical stuff.
