Story

A team of passionate conservationists work round-the-clock to deliver an animal experience like no other. Cuddle a koala, hand-feed our kangaroos, walk with a Sumatran tiger and watch a crocodile launch from the waters edge. Australia Zoo is the ultimate wildlife adventure delivering conservation through exciting education.

I would highly recommend this place to spend a perfect day out here, getting up close and personal with the wildlife. Get ready to max your step count and wear comfortable footwear. Stay hydrated as the walking around can take its toll on ya, especially in warm weather. They do have shuttle services to moce you around, in case you need it. Sunscreen and a hat are a must-have on this visit.nThe memories you make here will last you a lifetime.
A great environment to be with the family, the animals are super well taken care of, the attention that the zoo has for the animals and the people who pass through the place are remarkable. We loved the experience, we will come back more often for sure.nnInside the zoo there is space for food with great options, everywhere there are stations to supply the water bottles.nnIf you go to the zoo I recommend that you take two days, just like we did, the zoo is very big and doing everything in one day only makes the leisure moment a little exhausting, so my suggestion is that you take two days, so you can see everything calmly and enjoy every moment with the family.
Australia Zoo is an unforgettable experience and a true tribute to Steve Irwin’s legacy. The zoo is beautifully maintained and offers incredible wildlife encounters, from cuddling koalas to wandering through the kangaroo sanctuary.nnThe shows throughout the day are both entertaining and educational, showcasing amazing animals and the passion of the zookeepers.nnThe shuttle train makes it easy to explore the sprawling grounds, ensuring you don’t miss a thing. This zoo is not just a visit – it’s an adventure that captures the heart of Australia’s wildlife. A must-see for all ages!
Had an amazing time.nThe park is very well maintained, as are all the animal enclosures. Everything is well labelled.nAmple facilities. Great food options and reasonably priced.nThe croc show was fun but I recommend securing your seat in the shade early as it fills fast.
Australia Zoo was awesome, and getting to see the Irwin's was the highlight. From parking to the bus ride, the staff were excellent, every staff member had time to talk and answer questions. The animals looked so well taken care of and happy to be there. I highly recommend Australia Zoo to anyone that is thinking of coming. The shows were a highlight also.
