WOW! What a fabulous day out. My wife and I are first time visitors to Australia and we wanted to see all of the classic animals we have seen on TV for years. We got close up and personal with koalas and kangaroos and we attended several very interesting talks by the very knowledgeable staff. The highlight for me was seeing a duck billed platypus; an animal I have been interested in for a lifetime. If you are reading this review and you want a great day out The Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary is brilliant! Andrew and Gail Kirby Shropshire England

I took my grandchildren. it was a good experience but as an aside i did feel the number of empty cages/animal spaces gave an impression of neglect. food was fine as was overall experience. for the cost of entry it would have been nice to see more animal appropriate displays.

Absolutely loved our visit here! Mr 2 was our tour guide, we followed his feet and had a great time. Not too huge to do in a day and a great day out. Beautiful bushland location. Affordable pricing. Much more than koala's to see too.

I have been here twice, it's always worth a visit. The facilities are great and clean. Maybe bring your own food because buying something there is quite expensive. It costs additional money to either hold a koala, snake or raptor. The shows are really nice and even kids like to watch them (my kids were 2 and 4 and they were really excited!)

The kangaroos where definitely our highlight! The staff where very friendly and helpful, I went in thinking why would anyone buy a season pass? You’ve seen it once why again?? I know fully understand why people would, I would have paid the extra $ for a season pass just to visit the kangaroos if I had known this before hand.
