I do the yoga class every Monday morning at the Beerwah Community Hall and couldn't think of anything better to do to start my week off! Leanda is so spiritual and passionate and just a wealth of knowledge. I leave feeling calm and relaxed, my muscles and joints feel great! I'm physically and emotionally in a better, more peace place ... highly recommend it! With the guidance of Leanda and Craig I believe that anyone could make a huge difference to the health and vitality of themselves and their whole family. Go and visit the store.. you will not be disappointed ❤

I've been receiving Cranial Sacral Therapy with Judy at The Healthy Guru in Beerwah for a number of years now and look forward to each and every session. Judy and her 'magic hands' keep me in balance so I can cope with the busy-ness of life. The clinic and store is so welcoming and super easy to access in town.

This morning I attended an appointment, with Leanda, with my friend. I just wanted to email you to say thankyou. It truly was one of the most amazing experiences to be apart of. I went in there just expecting to support my best friend and instead I have come away from that appointment gaining so much more. I had a Cranial Sacral Therapy session with Judy at The Healthy Guru in Beerwah. Not only was this experience very relaxing and non invasive, but I also felt a profound shift in anxiety and tightness of my muscles afterwards. I highly recommend this therapy to anybody who is searching for a body, mind and soul healing on all levels.
