Really beautiful Christmas decorations are sold at Bed Bath n' Table. The bad thing about this particular store is the staff. There is nobody around when you need, for me at least - they knew I was there but stayed somewhere on the other side of the store chatting. Not a very good way to greet customers.
Your employee who attended to me an elderly woman name Taline given a snobbish attitude. She has no basic customer etiquette. The management should educate her to be more customer oriented. I purchased a blanket and wanted to check the fabric. Taline cut me short and said all the products are the same. For me service is very important. Your other store near H&M 'The Walk Arcade' your younger employees are friendly and giving pleasant service. I suggest this Taline from Emporium should learn from your young employees from The Walk Arcade how to attend to customers.
I love this store so much, their range of products is fantastic and of exceptional quality. However the layout of the store can be quite confusing and creates difficulty locating things.
