Your Home Depot

Really appreciated help from man in Garden. He offered to return my electric mower when the handle got stuck. His tenacious help analyzing the problem allowed me to go home and fix it myself. On another visit - it would be helpful to have more people working Returns on Saturday afternoon.

I'm thinking about doing my own outdoor led lighting. I was casually looking and began to doubt the whole idea. I was asked by Les if I had any questions. Ernesto was very helpful and went above and beyond helping us take down a Halloween display item on the top shelf. He was so kind and was very dedicated to helping us leave with a great item that took a bit of work to get down from such a high display. Ernesto was such a great, friendly and helpful guy

Just like any home depot. No issues with this one. My only issue with hone depot over lowes is they are picky about what military discount applies to. Like it doesn't apply to lumber but that isn't just this specific one. I've worked at both for years and I would go to lowes if it was closer but Home Depot has better tools and some more specific items.

Horrible experience ordering kitchen cabinets from the shipping to the delivery to installation... I paid for delivery and they came when I wasn't home without any notice or calls or emails... Nothing and then made me pay to rent a truck to bring them home myself. Half of them were damaged and we had to rent ANOTHER TRUCK to return them and ANOTHER to bring them home once they got the new cabinets. NEVER buy kitchen stuff from them. Awful customer service no refunds or discounts for this experience either.

There’s a guy name Brad who works here, he’s real true hero! Walked me around the store like I was VIP and still managed to greet and help customers along the way. Takes a special kind of skill to multitask like that. You guys better take good care of Brad!

Home depot is always nice because it means something is getting fixed or newly built and that's amazing. Always meet friendly staff and helpful.

I called at 7:45 pm and the customer service rep hung me up and when I called back he said were you holding for screening, I said yes, he said there is no one to help you, we close in 10 minutes, so I asked if he could help me he said nope I am customer service I don’t know anything about screening, I said so there is no one there that can help me at your store, he said nope call back tomorrow, he was so rude and for no one to help me in this store is just uncalled for I am a customer that also has a Home Depot credit card and spend money daily for our business but because of this I believe I will take my business to Lowe’s because they have much better customer service

Paint department is really good since they usually have at least 2-3 people working on mixing, shaking, and assisting customers. The store is well organized overall, except for one area: the hardware section screws and bolts. Part of the issue is that customers pick up items and then end up putting them back in the wrong box. The other issue is they aren't marked clearly for the customers... if I need a specific one, I can't identify whether it is actually the type that matches the label. At the checkout, we found out that there is a little stamped code that identifies each one. Why isn't that code highlighted and printed on the shelf label so that customers know how to tell if they have the right one? The only other solutions I can think of would be to individually bag them, or to have a "return to shelf" box for customers who change their minds.

Decent location, you have to corner employees to get help but then it's fine. Nice selection and prices. They do need to water more in the garden department, especially the plants in direct sunlight. UPDATE: Employees are even worse these days. If you use their curbside pickup, you wait an extremely long time after telling them you're there. I just picked something up earlier and I had to call and remind them that I was there.
