Found this shop with products made in Japan. You can spend hours by walking around and thinking how you could use any of those items. 
The shop has a coffeeshop attached which makes it more like an entertainment than just a shopping.

Not sure what's happening to this place. Really unfriendly service and no communication. 
Bought over $1000 worth of stuff here but pushed to pay a deposit with a frown face. And threatened that stuffs could go back on the shelves and sell to other people but I have seen many things are on the shelves for more than one year. 

After received payment no phone calls of when it's gonna be delivered. Had to call to ask, said would deliver on the day but no show n no communication of what's going on. Kept us waiting and waiting. 
Called the next day to find out what's going on and no apologies. 

No wonder this place is getting quiet. Found another place had better products and service. 

Will not come back to purchase anything anymore. 

Things are made in Japan but service is made in arrogance. Big cross!!

I walked into the store at 4:55pm today with my son, we were looking to buy about 50-100 dollars worth of ceramics. The door was open and the sign was out, there was no acknowledgement when we came in however after little deliberation we went up to the counter to pay for our goods(totalling around $70). 
We were abruptly told that the store closed and he had settled the till for the night! 
No acknowledgement, no communication and definitely no customer service skills! Tried to make it easy for them and said look we will pay cash but they really made it uncomfortable but did however ultimately complete the transaction. 
Incredibly disappointing and I couldn't understand why there was no prior notice or acknowledgment by the staff. Will not be back.
