The Pomegranate Story

The Pomegranate is an ancient and venerable fruit with its origins in the Middle East. This red succulent fruit inspired many and was considered by earlier civilisations to be a divine symbol. Artists have used the pomegranate as a sign of hope, the Greeks believed the Pomegranate inspired new life and the ancient Romans called the Pomegranate the apple of many seeds - the essence of new possibilities.

Inspired by this beautiful fruit and by a resilient tree that was planted in the mid 1990’s Pomegranate opened its doors to the world in 1999.

The shop and our approach to decoration reflects our love of hidden treasures and for discovering what is possible.
