Wow!! These professionals really know their stuff. I consider myself very knowledgeable in IT matters but little did I know till push came to shove. My PC stopped working and I was terrified about losing my data on the hard drive. A quick Google search on my phone brought up Becs IT in my area. I called them and was reassured that not all is over. I was advised to take my PC in for an obligation free quote. I dropped my PC of and was advised I would be called back within 2 hours which I was. This was all obligation free. Sam called me and said my hard drive was possibly failing but my data could possibly be saved. Naturally I wanted all my data so I went ahead after I was quoted. Amazingly all my data was recovered, a new hard disk was placed in my computer with a fresh install of Windows 10. Everything is back to normal. Thanks to Becs IT. Highly recommended.

We needed a bespoke server setup so we could access our hire management system across 5 sites Victoria wide. while we struggled to find an IT company with server knowledge, or big enough to support our growing needs, Becs IT were phenomenal. From sourcing, to deployment, and now maintaining. These guys have the technical nous inhouse which in today's day and age of outsourcing is the "Holy Grail".

My laptop was infected with viruses and I needed it fixed immediately. I took it in to the Becs team early in the morning and they promised me they would have it ready by mid afternoon. To my surprise they were true to their word. I got a cal about an hour after I dropped it of and was also told I needed a new hard disk drive as my current one was failing. Lucky for me as I did not have a backup. I will now use them to purchase a new laptop in the next few months. Highly recommend this team.

Happy with the networking solution provided by Pat and Ilia, I can access all reception documents on the road via iPad or phone, were all other quotes suggested a VPN and $1000's these guys took 1 hour and a tenth of that cost.

Very happy with my transition from IMAP email to Office 365 exchange. They started Friday night and finished Sunday morning with no down time to my business. Very highly recommend Becs IT for IT. will get them to do my new office migration and setup when we move in May.
