Barkly Square

I spent almost three years in the promixity of this shopping center. This one is indeed small however it got everything I need. It’s so convenient and easy to approach. The Woolworth staff is extremely friendly. The car park lot is always abundant. I like it.

What a world of delights! There's humans, products, self-interest and disenchantment on every corner, a perfect concoction of insecurity breeding commerce and vice versa, all designed to elicit that feeling, reminiscent of the first time you saw a dead bird with its eyes gouged out by some worm or ant. I don't yet know the grand plan behind these designs, but boy I can feel it's gonna be a doozie! Unless there's no great plan at all, in which case maybe we'd all better stop paying 30 dollars for differently shaped bits of plastic and/or differently named types of water posturing as milk, go build our own vegetable patch somewhere and all resolve to have a strict maximum of one child each. Who knows?

Small Woolies, usually only 2 registers open and no self-checkout. It has all the basics. Chemist, baker, butcher, supermarket, bottle-o, k-mart, food court, nails, hair, massage, phone retailer.......public toilet. Decent parking.

All the essential shops you need in one space, with loads of free parking! One one side it leads right out onto Sydney road so it's such a convenient location too .

Been going here for about 3 years now. Love the atmosphere and range of shops. Ample parking as well.
