What an amazing team at the Ocean Keys Branch! I felt welcome from the minute I steeped in the branch! Went for a quick deposit and left with a full bank review where the kind consultant saved me almost $300 a month on my Home Loan! It’s a a whole week of groceries! Couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you, ladies!
My wife and I went into BankWest on a Friday afternoon with nervous intentions of opening a joint bank account together. Being a young family, we’ve been hesitant as we’ve never needed to book an appointment with a bank before until this point. We were kindly greeted by Aaron who’s bubbly, friendly and attentive approach made us feel welcome and comfortable immediately. Aaron not only helped set up the right accounts for us and our financial situation, but went above and beyond with professional advice and great product knowledge. After asking my partner and I if there was anywhere else we needed to be, he took our appointment 20 minutes over into his own time after the bank had closed to insure we could have benefited as much as possible answering questions and throughly reading through all the information with us. My partner and I not only have walked away with some awesome accounts that will help us save but also given us confidence that a bank appointment is more a beneficial experience then intimidating one. Thankyou Aaron!
Attended this centre to open a bank account after waiting in line in the morning for almost 45 mins before receiving service. The designated 'greeter' who asks customers waiting in line what they were attending for failed to speak with me, as they were required to assist another staff member with a computer issue. After waiting in line I finally was able to speak to someone who was unable to assist with my account creation query and was told by his manager right before me, that their priority was to assist the queue with account deposits and withdrawal queries, and they could not assist to create an account for me. They also looked to be severely understaffed with only 2-3 staff members available. In the end I advised the staff member and the manager, that I would be sorting out my query online/via telephone as I was receiving less than suitable service at the centre. I can see why they are closing more of these public centres from the appalling service I received.
Wow! What a friendly bank! All the staff are so welcoming and always keen to assist in any way they can! The Bank Manager there, Gabriel Yu, is outstanding!! So professional, knowledgeable and extremely kind and so very helpful. We had a difficult personal situation to deal with and he resolved it so quickly and easily for us, with great compassion and understanding. We are deeply grateful! Thank you.
My husband and I wanted to open a new savings account after our bank couldnt match the savings offered at Bankwest. We were helped by the lovely Emma who answered all of our questions and was very helpful, patient and professional yet friendly. Emma never made us feel like we were taking too much of her time which Im sure we did. Thanks again Emma for the great service ,your a star
A family member recently had a stroke requiring the need for me to access her accounts. I have had to have numerous dealings recently with Bankwest and the staff at Ocean Keys are fantastic. Their customer service is 5 star plus. Marco is an absolute gem and i will forever be thankful for all his help. The head office was wonderful as well. Thank you all so much for making a difficult time that little bit easier. Again, Marco , You are a credit to your profession. Thank you
Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to present to this branch to withdraw money without a card. As soon as I presented at the counter I could feel the teller was not in a good mood. For whatever reason my requests were talked over before I could finish what I was saying, then at one stage confronted with “what are you insinuating” when I tried to say recently I was helped by another teller who was so lovely... again I never got to finish what I was saying. I was told “we” should move forward with the conversation after she had been so incredibly rude and unhelpful towards me. The teller next to her and the one at the front entrance looked incredibly uncomfortable as I left the branch in tears. Every person that enters a business should be treated the same regardless. If you are unable to do this in a customer service role then in my opinion it’s time to move on.
Small wait only 1 teller but service good
We had the most wonderful teller helping us with our account today..she was so lovely i couldnt speak more highly of her..she went above and beyond..and made our experience at the bank so good..thank you lovely lady
Really friendly staff, and the old fat man reminded me of Uncle Iroh from Avatar the Last air bender who is lso very friendly to others.
